Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

Una elección mejor de lo esperado, las instalaciones más que correctas, que agradece que no hayan niños, la habitación estupenda, el desayuno más que correcto y el personal muy amable, a destacar Loli, lo más bonito del hotel...jeje. Volveré en cuanto pueda, me ha gustado mucho.

Lovely relaxed hotel. Delicious food, friendly staff and very clean. Located just off the main ***** so nice and quiet at night.

Fourth stay at hotel. Facilities good, good choice of food and attentive staff. However, bedrooms are looking very tired and in need of refurbishment. The hotel claims to be adult only. There were several children present and not that made any difference. However, the claim should but be made.

Great hotel, well placed for Las Americas and Adeje. Was not Adults only though. Contacted ********** who informed me it was Adults only in November! I was there in late August early September.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. The pool is nice but don´t put your head too much underwater since it could be cleaner.

This was my first time staying at the Ole Tropical. Overall I would say the hotel a nice place to stay. It is a little on the pricey side if you are staying as a single person, as there are no single rooms available. It is dissapointing that if you do not have all inclusive then you have to rent a kettle and locker which is ridiculous in this day and age. If you like your sleep then I would advise not to stay here , walls are extremely thin and you can hear the neighbouring guests whole conversations including alarms clocks going off. So much so it sounds like they are in the room with you. So don’t expect to get much sleep. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of options and the staff are friendly. So it is sad to rate the hotel down for the bits mentioned above but otherwise a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff were friendly and we found the whole trip great value for money. The only downside was that we were in an area very much directed toward a younger age
